2. Immediate Fulfillment & No-Cancellation Policy
Area 15 Labs LLC utilizes an automated fulfillment system to ensure the fastest possible delivery of research materials.
Immediate Processing: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that orders are processed for shipment immediately upon successful payment.
No Cancellations: Once an order is submitted, it is immediately committed to our fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled, modified, or diverted. There is no “grace period” for cancellations once the transaction is processed.
3. Final Sale & No-Refund Policy
To maintain strict chemical integrity and a documented chain of custody for all research materials, all sales are final.
No Returns: We cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility, as we can no longer guarantee its stability or purity for future research.
No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash or credit refunds for any reason.
Replacements: In the event of a verified fulfillment error or a package arriving damaged, you must notify us at support@area15labs.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. At our sole discretion, we will provide a replacement of the original item at no cost to you.
