Return & Cancellation Policy

At Area 15 Labs, we maintain the highest standards of safety and quality control. Because our products are Research-Grade Compounds intended for Laboratory Research Use Only, we have implemented a strict policy to ensure the integrity of our chemical inventory.


1. All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns: Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for any reason. To protect the health and safety of our researchers, we cannot accept items back into our facility once they have left our climate-controlled environment.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges after a purchase is completed.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Processing Window: You may request a cancellation for a full refund only if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • Final Processing: Once a shipping label has been generated or the order has entered our fulfillment queue (typically within 1 hour of purchase and sometimes sooner), it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Damages & Fulfillment Errors

  • In the rare event that an item is received damaged or incorrect, you must notify us at support@area15labs.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and product.

  • Resolution: At our sole discretion, we may provide a replacement of the original item at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged goods; we only provide replacements to ensure your research can continue.

4. Chargeback Prevention

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and waive your right to a refund. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in a permanent ban from our store and may be reported to high-risk merchant databases.
